Smarthinking is compatible with all major browsers, including IE, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari.

Smarthinking is compatible with the Windows, Mac, Android, Google Chromium, and iOS operating systems

Technical Requirements

Current versions of Adobe Flash Player and Java must be installed and "enabled" on your computer. Please install the latest versions of these programs if prompted by Smarthinking. Simply click on the link and follow the prompts.

Cookies and pop-up windows from Smarthinking must be "allowed." Learn how to enable cookies.

Access Smarthinking

1. Login to myHUgo using your standard Hodges username and password.
2. Click on any of your available courses under "My Blackboard Sections.”
3. Click on the Tools tab in the side menu of your Blackboard course.
4. Click on the Smarthinking Login link 
5. If prompted, allow Smarthinking to open a popup window.
